Second-generation Iranian immigrant, Emalene Loren, created Love You, See You Soon after attending and graduating from Floral Design Institute in early 2025. She decided to turn what was once a professional photography project into a revamped, package deal for local businesses in Portland, OR by combining her love of floristry and insatiable sweet-tooth. LYSYS provides a reliable source of hand-crafted wholesale bouquets, storefront floral arrangements, and healthy, delicious pastries. Having worked at an allergen-friendly bakery in a small mountain town just outside of her home in Seattle circa 2016 — and having an auto-immune disorder herself — creating naturally-sweetened, soft, and gluten-friendly desserts was important. It was even more important to incorporate fragrant notes of her culture into each recipe.

Love You, See You Soon is a passion project, with the overarching goal of bringing people together and celebrating aesthetics. Small acts of love are often the loudest and are seldom to be found in current times. The mission of our business is to highlight those infinitesimal moments and let them shine just a little brighter.
